 Within an oval frame are a standing ape in an adoring pose, a nfr (Keel 1995: § 459) behind him, and the left half of a ḏd-pillar (Keel 1995: § 451) and an Aegis of the goddess Bastet (cf. Keel 1997b: Achsib Nr. 131) in front of him (cf. Keel 2010: Bet-Schemesch Nr. 21; ape and nfr appear very often in the formula dj Bstt nfrw ”May Bastet give beautiful [things]“; cf. for ex. Keel 1997b: Aschkelon Nr. 66; Keel 2013: Tel Gamma Nr. 115; Lachisch: Tufnell et al. 1953: pl. 43,55; Hornung/Staehelin 1976: No. 720 with parallels; on the object under discussion the Aegis may represent Bastet).
